Meet the founder
Teresa Doukas
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Teresa has been active in shipping since 1997, with deep freight forwarding expertise. In 2012 she founded Global Air Compass Marine Logistics in Greece, and the group has since expanded to China, the Netherlands, Singapore, the United States and South Korea, operating as a global freight forwarder and logistics provider. Crown Marine Network brings together freight forwarding agencies, customs brokers and shipping agencies.
She holds a BSc with honours in Shipping and Transport from London Metropolitan University, is a member of Wista Hellas and Wista Netherlands, and sits on the board of a Dutch firm introducing degassing technology for European emissions rules.

Active in shipping since 1997 and founder of the Global Air Compass Marine Logistics group, with freight forwarding operations across Europe, Asia and the United States.

Chief Technology Officer
Leads the engineering of the Walon platform, from the order and journey model to the data and integration layer behind it.

Director
Works across operations and commercial delivery, keeping the platform aligned with how procurement and logistics teams work day to day.
